Requirements -Related work experience (the more the better), experience in running complex freelance web projects -Project management and administrative skills -Analytical skills and strong reasoning abilities -Strong communication skills -Demonstrated leadership skills and management experience -Fluent English -Very good numeric skills to manage and maintain all Company's financial records -Experience in software project management (More than 1 year) Job Responsibilities -Evaluating accounting control and preparing reports for the Top Management on compliance with company's standards and on problems that require strengthening -Monitoring/validation process for business corporate plan and budget, whereby all business units will be monitored for compliance with company policies and finance minimums -Reviewing cash control procedures and Monitoring the safeguarding of assets -Set up and maintain an effective and efficient shared services organization to support the businesses -Evaluateing compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations that affect the company’s operations in all departments and branches -Improving the system of authorization and recording procedures to provide reasonable accounting control over assets, liabilities, income and expenses -Work via telecommute mode -Salary is negotiable based on your experience and interview
